Takefusa Kubo’s Hilarious Hamstring-Pull Twerk Celebration for Real Sociedad
Real Sociedad’s Takefusa Kubo celebrated his goal against Athletic Bilbao in the Basque derby with a hilarious hamstring-pull twerk celebration, mimicking the famous moves used by American athletes LaBonta and Kelce.
Fans on Twitter were loving Kubo’s celebration, with many calling it one of the funniest they’ve ever seen on a football pitch.
Kubo’s celebration was a fitting end to a dominant performance from Real Sociedad, who thrashed Athletic Bilbao 3-0. Robin Le Normand opened the scoring in the 30th minute, followed by Kubo’s strike in the 48th minute and Mikel Oyarzabal’s goal in the 66th minute.
