Andrew Weissmann, the disgraced former Mueller prosecutor and radical anti-Trumper, has decided to take the side of illegal alien terrorists over the safety and security of the American people.
Weissmann, a longtime Deep State operative whose entire career has been defined by his obsessive persecution of President Donald Trump, had the audacity to challenge one of the most effective national security operations in American history—a Trump-led counterterrorism effort that swiftly deported dangerous members of the Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gang.
Weissmann whined that America is “not at war” with Venezuela and argued that removing these violent criminals violates the law.
“We’re not at war with Venezuela. We’re not at war with the gang that is the subject of the executive order. There is no invasion that is going on. You also have to show that the people you’re removing are actually part of that gang, even if there were an invasion or a war. This statute may, in fact, be very unconstitutional,” Weissmann said during an interview with MSNBC Sunday.
In an explosive interview with Fox News’ Martha MacCallum, White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller torched the anti-Trump legal hack, calling Weissmann an “absolute moron,” a “fool,” and a “degenerate” for opposing the operation.
Miller laid out the horrifying reality that Weissmann and his leftist allies want Americans to ignore: these criminals are not innocent migrants seeking a better life. They are violent predators who have tortured and murdered innocent American citizens.
Martha MacCallum:
Well, I want to hear a little bit. It is a fascinating program. I can only think about some of the women and children who these people were holding in different places, in different states around the country, who are breathing a little bit easier today. I would love to hear more about those operations.But let me play this first from somebody who I know is not a favorite of President Trump. This is Andrew Weissmann, who’s a former top Mueller prosecutor. Of course, it’s not a huge surprise that he didn’t like this operation. First of all, Andrew Weissmann is an absolute moron. He is a moron, and he is a fool, and he’s a degenerate. Andrew Weissmann has devoted his career to putting innocent Americans in jail and taking away their civil liberties. He was involved in the Mueller coup against a democratically elected President, Donald J. Trump. Weissmann should never be on TV anywhere. That’s who President Trump has deported from this country. Behind every single one of those terrorists was another future rape victim, another future sex trafficking victim, another future murder victim. Most importantly, every one of those people was here illegally. They have no right—no right—to be in this country for one second longer.
They are illegal aliens. They are foreign terrorists. They are alien enemies. The law at the heart of this issue was signed by the founding generation of this country—the same generation that wrote our Constitution. People say, Oh, it’s an 18th-century law. You know what else is an 18th-century law? The Constitution of the United States. The Bill of Rights of the United States. The founding generation gave us this law, gave President Trump this law to repel this invasion from our country.
It was all detailed in the proclamation—how this gang was sent here by a foreign government. And President Trump is sending them out of this country.
MacCallum pushed back on Miller’s name-calling, but Miller responded with brutal clarity:
