An Obama judge is very upset about the alleged mistreatment of Venezuelan gangsters.
Judge Patricia A. Millett, who serves on the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, has claimed that Nazis received “better treatment” under the Alien Enemies Act than the violent gangsters deported by the Trump administration.
“There were planeloads of people,” Millett said during a hearing about the legality of the deportation flights.
“There were no procedures in place to notify people.”
“Nazis got better treatment under the Alien Enemies Act than has happened here.”

“Well, Your Honor, we certainly dispute the Nazi analogy,” responded Deputy Assistant Attorney General Drew Ensign.
Millet continued:
Those people on those planes on that Saturday had no opportunity to file habeus or any type of action to challenge their removal under the Alien Enemies Act.
They are not disputing the right of the U.S. to detain them, what they are disputing and challenging is the capacity of the U.S. government to release them to Salvadorian jails without any advance notice or due process and whether they even qualify under the proclamation.
The Trump administration is currently seeking overturn a temporary restraining order issued last Saturday by U.S. District Judge James Boasberg, another Obama lackey, which halted the government’s use of the Alien Enemies Act to carry out deportations.

The majority of the gangsters deported to El Salvador are members of the Venezuelan transnational gang Tren de Aragua, as well as several other criminal groups including MS-13 and Barrio 19 that expanded their criminal activities with the benefit of Joe Biden’s open border.
The prison to which they were sent, known as the Terrorism Confinement Center, is notorious for being one of the world’s harshest facilities.
Inmates endure extreme confinement, spending their days either working or living in overcrowded cells with minimal sanitation facilities.
Today, the first 238 members of the Venezuelan criminal organization, Tren de Aragua, arrived in our country. They were immediately transferred to CECOT, the Terrorism Confinement Center, for a period of one year (renewable).
The United States will pay a very low fee for them,… pic.twitter.com/tfsi8cgpD6
