A wicked Biden judge is so determined to force the Trump Administration to keep the worst possible illegal aliens in America that he is willing to criminally sanction officials who violate his outrageous order. And Team Trump is rightfully furious.
As The New York Times reported, U.S District Court Judge Brian Murphy, a Biden appointee, ordered Trump administration officials to maintain custody of illegal aliens on a deportation flight that the invaders’ lawyers said was headed to South Sudan. Murphy claimed the move likely violated an injunction he issued in April.
“Based on what I have been told,” he said, “This seems like it may be contempt.”
While Murphy stated he would not order the plane to “turn around,” he said any aliens in DHS custody can’t leave U.S. control once the plane landed until he holds a hearing on Wednesday to determine whether the illegals had received enough ‘due process’ for his liking.
Murphy also noted that he warned that officials involved in the deportations who were aware of his order could face criminal sanctions, including the pilots. In other words, he is THREATENING to turn Trump officials into criminals for daring to remove the worst scum on earth from America.

Murphy has a history of siding with vicious lawbreakers. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Murphy late last month barred the Department of Homeland Security from transferring illegal aliens to other agencies like the Department of Defense after four Venezuelan gang members were flown from Gitmo to El Salvador.
Major General James Monday Enoka told The Associated Press on Wednesday that they had not received any illegals but said they would be “re-deported” if found not to be South Sudanese.
During a press conference on Wednesday, DHS spokeswoman Tricia McLaughlin confirmed that these eight illegals were deported from America, though she did not confirm they were headed to South Sudan. She also had some deservedly harsh words for Murphy as well.
“A local judge in Massachusetts is trying to force the United States to bring back the uniquely barbaric monsters who present a clear and present threat to the safety of the American people and the victims,” McLaughlin said. “While we are fully compliant with the law and court orders, it is absolutely absurd for a district judge to try to dictate the foreign policy and national security of the United States of America.”
“The contrast is brutally stark,” she added. “President Trump and Secretary Noem are working every single day to get these vicious criminals off of American streets. And while activist judges are on the other side, fighting to get them back onto United States soil.
